I’m also not seeing these menus. My Posts -> Categories and Posts -> Post Tags screens look exactly the same.
Do you have screenshots that include the whole screen so we can confirm we’re not missing something?

Yes, it does look exactly the same, except you have extra options in the Bulk Actions dropdown:

I have a strange thing happening. In my home pc i can view my tools menu drop down doesnt depend which theme i switch to, but when i try having a demo wordpress 3.0.1/Buddypress 1.2.6 like in my pc at home, The Tools menu and the settings link under certain plugins dont work.
Could someone help me sort this out?

eyotuke, you should open a new topic for your problem, as it doesn’t seem to be related to the Term Management Tools plugin at all.
