 * Hi i tried to find the best area of the forum where to post this request and 
   i believe this is the most suitable place.
 * i’d love to know if there is a ticketing support system plugin. Something very
   simple, for a computer support store.
 * Costumers buy “support tickets”, each ticket means 1 hour of remote support.
 * So the costumers should be able to
    – login their own page – request a ticket(
   if they have some ) – keep track of how many tickets are still aivalable
 * the admin should be able to
    – add tickets when the costumer buys them – remove
   them after a support session
 * Do you know if there is something similar around? thanks
