# Plugin timeout

 * I just installed the plugin (free version) on a site that potentially has a couple
   thousand duplicates. So when I try to access the plugin it doesn’t load.
 * Do you have any advice for cases like this? Or am I forever doomed?

 * When you say it doesn’t load, which page? The main page for the plugin in the
   admin area?
 * If so, at that point it will be calculating how many duplicates there are and
   grabbing the first 20 from the db. In my testing with about as many duplicates
   as yours, it’s been fine. How big is your DB overall? I guess if that was very
   large it may be causing problems.
 * Let me know and I’ll do some more testing and see if I can replicate this…

    The database is pretty big indeed, but stubborn as I am, I kept 
   trying until it finally loaded and I was able to delete all the duplicates, 20
   at a time.
 * I love your plugin, hope to buy the pro version as soon as I have budget 🙂

 * Yes, I guess the DB size will have been the problem. I’m glad you’re stubborn,
   but I will do some testing to see if there is anything I can do to make it more
   efficient!
