# [Plugin: TinyMCE Advanced] Blank Popups

 * Hi! I’m using latest version of plugin and wordpress, and I’m getting a blank
   popup.
 * Getting this error in firebug when clicking image button:
 *     ```
       Error: Permission denied to access property 'tinymce'
       tiny_m...ver=358 (línea 5)
   
       TypeError: tinyMCEPopup.editor is undefined
       mctabs.js?ver=358 (línea 13)
   
       TypeError: tinyMCEPopup.editor is undefined
       form_u...ver=358 (línea 11)
   
       TypeError: this.params is undefined
       tiny_m...ver=358 (línea 5)
       ```
