When I tried to translate Settings on my dashboard, it were imposible to translate everything. So in my online chat box it is still Close in English and in my offline chat box I can’t translate Leave a message. I translated whole plugin in slovenian language but the things stays the same. Any sugestion how to translate mentioned text? Or are you only using the Free version? * Just to confirm, have you had any chats whereby one has been started and you as the agent has ended it? Yesterday I updated the plugin and have to download the translate files again.
