# Plugin triggers fatal error

    Each time I try activating the wp chat (product by Jaxl Inc.) plugin, I 
   get the following error message:
 * Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Parse error:
   syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or 
   T_VAR or ‘}’ in /homepages/21/d336169824/htdocs/icocnigeria/wordpress/wp-content/
   plugins/wp-chat/wpchat.class.php on line 16
 * Does anyone have a solution?
