# [Plugin: Twitter Tools] Authentication Failed

 * Every bit of information I have provided is correct,Twitter is up and running,
   but still when I press the connect to Twitter button I get the following message:
 * “Authentication Failed. Please check your credentials and make sure Twitter is
   up and running”

 * I have the same issue as neononcon. There simply is no place to find those two
   values, so I can’t finalise the connection between my WP-site and Twitter.

 * I can’t access that page. It either gives me an error or just goes back to the
   twitter home.

 * To anyone having difficulty finding the “My Access Token” menu. The issue seems
   to be the domain. Make sure you are using the “dev.” subdomain! This had me running
   around for almost a half hour.
