 * When publishing a new post Twitter Tools (2.2.1) creates a cascade of httpd requests
   that eventually eats up all resources and sends the server into load averages
   like 285 bringing the server to a halt. This only happens when TT is enabled.
 * WP 2.9.1
    OS CentOS Kernel version 2.6.9-023stab051.3-smp Architecture i686 MySQL
   version 5.0.87-community cPanel Build 42404 Apache version 2.0.63 PHP version
   5.2.12
 * Something is seriously broken
