 * Hi.
 * Firstly, this plugin is perfect. But I have a problem about subcategories.
    For
   example, Main Category is A. Subcategory is B When user click category (when 
   writing content in a page), A and B look same. But I would like this view;
 *     ```
       A
       --B
       ```
   
 * How can I do ?
 * And my other question about custom fields.
    Can user add custom fields ? If the
   answer is yes, How ?
 * Thanks !
    Could you help me ?
