 * I have tried adding a background image for IE as I really like the two-tone look.
 * I haven’t had much luck getting the background image to appear though, can you
   help me out with this please?

 * But can I alter the CSS so that I can use a background image instead of the linear
   gradient?
 * What bit of CSS code would I need to change?

 * You can try to add background-image properties to this class: **countdown_amount**.
   Is the <span> container class.
