# [Plugin: Ultimate Post Type Manager] User Restricting

 * Is there a way to prevent users from being able to post under a custom post type?
   I have a custom post type that I want only the admin to be able to use and not
   show any menu links to anyone else such as on the Admin Bar and Dashboard menu.
   Thank you for any help you can provide.

 * Thanks for the reply XYDAC. I am looking forward to the new version. I just installed
   it last night and began messing around with it. That was the only option I couldn’t
   find, but I am glad you are planning on implementing it. In the mean time, I 
   will just hide the menus for the post-type and access it manually.
