 * For some reason the plugin is not working. When I go to a page and go down to
   Yoast CEO there is three buttons. SEO, Readability and Social. When clicking
   on the buttons nothing shows up. Need assistance. I’m possibly thinking the last
   time we updated the plugin is when it stopped working.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fplugin-unable-to-adjust%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hi,
 * We apologize for the difficulties the plugin is causing for you. We would like
   some more information.
 * 1. Can you confirm you are using WordPress 5.4.2? You can check by clicking on
   the W in the top left and selecting About. If you need to update, please check
   with your host provider. Please know that if you are using an older version of
   WordPress Core you may experience unexpected behavior with Yoast. This guide
   explains more: https://yoast.com/why-we-dont-support-old-wordpress-versions/.
 * 2. Are all your non-Yoast plugins and themes also updated?
 * 3. If you check for JavaScript errors do any appear on that page in the backend?
   Can you describe them or take a screenshot? If you are not sure how to look for
   JavaScript errors please use this guide [https://yoast.com/help/how-to-find-javascript-errors-with-your-browsers-console/](https://yoast.com/help/how-to-find-javascript-errors-with-your-browsers-console/).

   share the image.
