    I’ve gotten this error on two different install of wordpress after upgrading
   from 2.92 to 3.0. but the plugins is still working.
 * Fatal error: Cannot redeclare pppm_install() (previously declared in /xxxx/wp-
   content/plugins/universal-post-manager/main.php:87) in
    /xxxx/wp-content/plugins/
   universal-post-manager/main.php on line 386

 * Uninstall, deactivate and remove plugin, then install it again, if you have installed
   UPM Polls or UPM HTML Tag Manager plugin you must deactivate those before install
   Universal Post Manager.
