# Plugin update error

 * Hi, I’m trying to update the plugin but I get an error message that some files
   couldn’t be copied and it might be a problem with file permission (I’ve translated
   the error from french). All the other plugins updates worked without any issue.

 * Please enable keep BWU plugin settings then uninstall and install the BackWpUp
   plugin again.
