 * Hi there? What´s up with all the Coming Soon for this plugin? Sounds all too 
   great if everything is included, but what is coming soon and what is done yet?
   Any plans to support MyMail as well as email provider?

 * Thanks for contacting me here.
 * We’re still working out what features everyone wants and what is most useful 
   to the largest number of folks. Low volume of feedback has been hampering things
   a bit here.
 * For email providers, we’ll probably support some big names like MailChimp, Aweber
   and such because those keep coming up over and over.
 * What’s on your “must do” hot button list? If you’d prefer to talk directly, send
