# Plugin Update / Active disabled

 * Hi,
   I hope this message finds you guys well. I wanted to bring to your attention
   an issue we’ve observed with our WordPress freemium plugins, particularly **Prime
   Slider.**
 * Since the last update, our users have reported not receiving update notifications.
   Additionally, attempts to install the plugin via the ‘Add New Plugin’ option 
   in the Plugins menu have been unsuccessful. The activation button appears to 
   be hidden, marked with a disabled css class.
 * Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

   I can install it without any problems.
 * If a user has problems with this, they are probably using a plugin that interferes
   with the installation and update mechanism. Those who are affected would have
   to rule this out first.

   We today removed the Update URI and now working fine. The issue was made by our
   development team.That was a mistake on our side.
