Yesterday our store was down the entire day, as the old system closed on the 26th Dec, which meant the plugin stopped working (no suburbs could be found in the system, so you were unable to checkout). Zero support available from head office as it was a public holiday, so had to create a store-wide notice saying you cannot check out. Now today with the new plugin update that is REQUIRED, you are no longer able to select the shipping types you want excluded, and when you go to the checkout page, every shipping type under the sun is selected, and YOU CANNOT DESELECT ANYTHING. So a customer wanting to by a R300 product will have to spend R1500 on shipping. This is ridiculous guys. Come on. Especially with ZERO support staff available to even verify that there is a problem. All orders that are LSF (same day turnaround) get pulled through to the TCG portal as ECO (3-5 day turn around). Im unsure if it is plugin related or portal related, nobody seems to be able to tell me, and their feedback is incredibly slow at best. Another issue just cropped up – one of our customers (who has previously ordered without an issue) has just tried to order, and the plugin does not pick up her area at all( Onrus, WC, 7201). She had no issue ordering (pre-update) and now the system has no idea where Onrus is. I tried Hermanus, same story. I have no idea if this is a Ship Logic issue or a plugin issue. All I know is I have spent the last two weeks putting fires out for my clients and generating manual invoices while January ticks away and I haven’t been able to get to actual work.
