Either someone is removing the files via FTP/SSH or your hosting provider is removing it. * The exact cause for the error to happen is not clear, but fixing and resolving the issue is easy. Just try one of the following steps: * 1. Re-activate the plugin manually. 2. Delete and then reinstall the plugin, then activate it. * In some cases, the error message is appearing consistently and permanently and is shown triggered by the plugin that has supposedly been deactivated and removed.
