# Plugin Update Failed

 * I tried to rollback Woocommere to version 3.5.1. After my attempt, it stated “
   Plugin Update Failed.”
 * Why may this be happening and what can I do to resolve?

 * My best guess is that the update process took a long time and your server timed
   out. At this point, I’d recommend deleting the plugin, and installing it again
   and try again. Keep in mind that when you delete the plugin, all your settings,
   products, customers and whatnot are still in your database so they won’t get 
   lost when you reinstall.
 * NEVERTHELESS — Always backup your site before using WP Rollback.
