# Plugin Update Failed… “Download Failed: Unauthorized”

 * Hello!
 * I am trying to update this plugin for a client, however, every time I begin the
   update process I get an error saying that the download was unauthorized and I
   am unable to update. I don’t know how or when this plugin was installed but any
   insight would be greatly appreciated.
 * Current version: 1.3.0.2
    Update: 1.6.3

 * Sounds like you’re using ShiftNav Pro, and your client’s license is expired.
