# Plugin Update Failed now website does not load

 * I had an automatic update to ZenCache, and my update failed to finish, now my
   website will not load, I cannot get to any page to disable it. But I can FTP 
   in, and I do see a file in the “upgrade” folder under wp-content named zencache.
   tmp and I also have a folder named Cache in WP-Content. Yesterday I removed the
   advanced-cache.php file, and was able to get back on the site, so I tried to 
   re-install the zencache plugin, and every since then I have not been able to 
   get to the site. Suggestions?

   You might try following the manual steps at the bottom of this article: [How do I uninstall ZenCache?](http://zencache.com/kb-article/how-do-i-uninstall-zencache/)
 * Then once you’ve done that, you should be able to reinstall ZenCache from the
   WordPress Plugin Installer (Dashboard → Plugins → Add New).
 * Can you try that and let me know if you still have issues?
