 * For several days now we have been unable to update this plugin and received the
   error below. We assumed it would be resolved with a later update but looks like
   it may be only us which have the issue!!
 * The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, 
   so please be patient.

 * It looks like you’re trying to update the pro plugin. We’d be able to assist
