# Plugin update issue

 * I purchased the **Custom Order Status for WooCommerce Pro** plugin, but it is
   not updating and has been showing the error **“Update failed: Download failed.
   Unauthorized”** for quite some time. Why is this happening? It should update 
   properly instead of showing this error.
