       I'm having an issue with my WooCommerce site.
       I updated the WooCommerce plugin but it failed.
       and now there is no WooCommerce plugin in the plugin tab in WP-Admin
       when I go to add new and reinstall it says the folder already exists.
       Please Help!!!!!
       ```

 * Open FTP client and enter your FTP access credentials (host, username, and password)
   to access files on your server. Navigate to ‘your WordPress website/wp-content/
   plugins’ directory. Delete the WooCommerce plugin folder.
 * After deleting it you will be able to reinstall the WooCommerce plugin from your
   site.

 * Before uninstalling the plugin completely:
 * 1. Ask your host for a full backup to be created (DataBase included)
    2. Complete
   a conflict test on your site. This could be caused by a conflict with another
   piece of software on your site. If you are able to reproduce this under the following
   conditions:
 * – An unmodified, default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty or Storefront 
   active.
    – No other plugins except for WooCommerce active.
 * 3. If that does not make WooCommerce appear in the plugin list. Ask your host
   to remove the plugin from the directory as [@mobin210385](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mobin210385/)
   has kindly suggested
 * 4. Reinstall WooCommerce.
 * This should not delete the products since those items are stored in the DataBase,
   bus just to be safe, you’ll have the backup ready.
