# Plugin Update issue.

 * I’m having an issue with my WooCommerce site.
    I updated the WooCommerce plugin
   but it failed. and now there is no WooCommerce plugin in the plugin tab in WP-
   Admin when I go to add new and reinstall it says the folder already exists. Please
   Help!!!!!

 * Hello there,
 * I’m sorry to hear that.
 * A workaround is to login into your site via FTP, open to your plugins folder,
   rename the WooCommerce folder. This will be enough to disable the WooCommerce
   plugin.
 * Then be sure to install again. I hope this helps.
