Does it tell you which plugin in particular needs to be updated?
there is no such an option as “translation”. you can see on screenshot.

it does not specify which plugin. I have 24 active plugins all of them are updated as it says on image.

Health check to find plugin conflict, has been performed multiple times, nothing happened.
To troubleshoot any theme/plugin conflict, try:
– deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
Alternately, On the troubleshooting tab of the Health Check plugin, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
Looks like it was JetPack issue. I deactivated JetPack completely and alert disappeared, will see.
The website is still not mobile friendly, mobile version is total mess on any mobile device, not displaying website correctly, missing multiple pages.
Is there anything wrong with JetPack?
