 * Wanted to check in here to see if you wanted to continue maintaining this plugin.

 * Have updated and tested the using the latest VVV. And can verify the update code
   is working with the latest GF and WP.
 * I’ll be happy to take over the maintenance of the plugin if you no longer can.

 * Thanks for your pull request. This plugin is currently used by my client and 
   I am still maintaining it.
    If you would like me to accept your pull request,
   please change it to include only the code changes necessary for using the GFAPI.
