Plugin Updates Not Working

I’ve noticed that in the last several months, I haven’t received any notices to update any of my plugins. I checked and most aren’t not updated to the latest version. When I drill into the updates, it says that my plugins and themes are all up to date, and that I have the latest version of wordpress. If I go to the individual plugin and tell it to update, it doesn’t.
