# plugin uploads to wrong folder

 * 1. set up and connected plugin, all went fine
    2. used rclone to bring over exiting
   media lib folder strucure normal 2018 -04 -05 -06 3. uploaded new file through
   media gallery UI 4. files are always being saved in 2018/04 5. tried changing
   server time 8. verified PHP data/time in WP 9. verified META on file (newly created
   local file as well as using old files).
 * settings in DO synch admin don’t specify 04 anywhere (i.e. to check if i had 
   accidentally specified this subfolder somehow globally)
