# [Plugin: Use Google Libraries] Speed test.

 * I’ve installed and activated the plug-in, but I’m not sure it’s having any effect.
 * I ran a speed test via gtmetrix.com with the plug-in actived and deactivated–
   and the results are the same.
 * (I’m running W-3 Total Cache, for what it’s worth, but I turned minify and the
   CDN off while running the tests–and refreshed the cache before each test.)
 * Am I missing something? Should there be an increase in the page loading speed?

 * It depends on how heavily your WordPress configuration, plugins, and theme relies
   on those libraries. The amount of site traffic you are receiving makes even more
   of a difference. If you have significant visitor numbers, you will notice the
   most benefit.
