 * This plugin does everything I need in single site mode, but…
 * I’m setting up a Network WP site based around Buddypress. It’d be nice to be 
   able to include pages which only editors could read – instructions on using the
   site and the like. I like the way UAM automatically removes hidden pages from
   the menu. UAM works great for existing sites, but when a new site is created 
   it deletes all access records and makes you start again.
 * This is a real pity because it makes it a bit unusable for my use case.
 * If there’s a way around this please tell me.
