Plugin uses wrong language

Greetings! First – thank you for this awesome plugin. Second 🙂 – when i install plugin through composer it always uses English language in dashboard, but if i install it through wp plugin page it uses my language (Russian) as default. How can i switch default language of plugin? Maybe in settings or maybe somewhere else?
