 * I’ve uploaded a few files, and all of them are using the creation date instead
   of the value entered in the form for each podcast. I need to sort by this value.
   Any suggestions?…

 * There is a setting in the feed settings to select recorded date or published
   date. Go to Podcasting->Settings->Feed details and select the feed you want to
   manage.
   Scroll down to “Source for publish date” and change it to the option “
   Recorded date”.This will set to the date you enter as recorded date rather than
   publish date.For the player, use the short-code [podcast_playlist order=”DESC”]
   to display newest recorded date first.

 * I also thank you for that answer!
 * Alas, it’s still displaying the creation date as the recorded date. Can’t figure,
   since all the settings say different…
 * In the meantime, I’ve turned off the information display, and have the recorded
   date as part of the podcast name.
 * At least I can still use the series names to keep the lists separate, though
   I have to post them in order, else they show up in posting order…
 * Thanks for the help!
