 * Hello,
 * I found the following issues in the reservation form of version 2.1.1
 * Spaces are gone from the date description
    v2.1.0. shows 14 April 2020 v2.1.1.
   shows 14April2020
 * The hours are gone from the time picker
    v2.1.0. shows 10:30 v2.1.1. shows :30

 * It looks like the updated sanitization from the previous release was removing
   spaces and capital letters. We’ve adjusted it to allow them and have just released
   a new update with this fix. So please install the new version (2.1.2) and it 
   will correct it.
