 * Yes, you’re correct. It is version 2.1.9. That was a typo. When updating the 
   plugin, this is the message I received: “Download failed. Operation timed out
   after 300001 milliseconds with 2231950 out of 3786480 bytes received.” Thank 
   you for responding quickly.

 * I would try to update again. That error sounds like the download zip didn’t download
   properly.

 * I’ve tried several times already. Do you think it’s related to the version of
   WordPress I’m using? It is 4.0.1. I noted this warning on the JW Player plugin
   page.” This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.”

 * It should be fine. I am using WP 4.0.1 on my local host, and it was able to update
   fine.
