# [Plugin: Video Embed & Thumbnail Generator] Error when generating thumbnails

 * When clicking the generate button to generate thumbnails the plugin says loading
   but when I click save changes I get the following error:
 * Warning: rmdir(/home/myuser/mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/thumb_tmp) [
   function.rmdir]: Directory not empty in /home/myuser/mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/
   video-embed-thumbnail-generator/video-embed-thumbnail-generator.php on line 1038
 * It seems the plugin generates the thumbnails but then cannot move them. My WordPress
   site is hosted on Dreamhost which may or may not be relevant.

 * Have you actually seen any thumbnails? You don’t click on Save Changes to get
   the thumbnails to display. You just wait until the script finishes generating
   the thumbnails and they will show up automatically. Are there files in the /wp-
   content/uploads/2012/02/thumb_tmp/ directory? Can you email me a link to the

 * I did not see the thumbnails generated in the interface, only the Loading… text.

 * If you never got this working, try it out with the new version of the plugin (
   2.0). I’ve included better error reporting which should help diagnose the problem.
