# [Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Plugin not functioning

 * I just installed the plugin and when i click on the save button, it loads to 
   a blank white page with a 1 in the upper left corner.
 * I cannot set the sender information as the required fileds from the form either.
 * What is causing this issue?
