 * What is the Verification field about? This is the first time I build a form, 
   so I need some help here.
    I built a simple form and it works fine, except for
   the fact that the form started with the Verification field already there. It 
   asks the person filling in the form to “fill in 2 digits”? Can I not have this
   field? And how do I do that? Please help! Thanks.
