 * Hi Frederick, I have just updated the low user agents group today to try and 
   get the plugin to work correctly with wp touch and now i cant access my site 
   or the wp dashboard at all, i have been looking online for a solution and it 
   says something about renaming the wp total cache folder through ftp which i did
   and still no luck, I’m losing visits on my site big time and would love some 
   help with this ASAP please, Thank you. Here is the error i am receiving
 * Internal Server Error
 * The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
   complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator, [webmaster@trutechnoid.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-w3-total-cache-500-internal-server-error-4/webmaster@trutechnoid.com?output_format=md)
   and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
   that may have caused the error.

 * Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying 
   to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
 * Apache Server at trutechnoid.com Port 80
 * also i am very new to wordpress so please bear with me and my limited knowledge.

 * What are the errors in the error log? You will likely have to remove the W3TC.
   htaccess rules in the .htaccess file in the document root of your web site. Something
   went wrong with writing the new rules (which unfortunately is easy to do because
   regular expressions are supported in user agent string matching).
