 * I deactivated this plugin, and received this error:
 * W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please
   re-install plugin or remove /home/content/17/11910217/html/wp-content/object-
   cache.php.

 * I re-installed the plugin, but unable to activate it. Still receiving the same
   errors above when I try to activate it.
