[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Exclude url from cache

I was hoping someone could help me exclude a url from being cached I’m using wp-ecommerce with W3 Total Cache. The problem I’m having is with downloaded products. I would like to remove the url from being cached. The url in question is:

http://domain.com/blog?downloadid=somelongrandomkey
