 * It seems that its expected behavior to go back and forth with permissions regarding
   this plugin. Is this true?
 * Several “tutorials” reference changing folders from 775/755 to 777 and back and
   forth. For example the plugin constantly wants permissions changed on the wp-
   content folder.
