# [Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Total Cache not working correctly.

 * I have installed the plug in on my site and installed everything as per your 
   advice, but I’m still having issues. For once when I run a speed test I’m told
   I need to leverage browser cacheing, which I am.
 * However it’s not picking up.
 * Here’s my [site](http://noahsdad.com/). Any info you could give would be very
   helpful.
 * By the way, I use site5; shared hosting; no cdn (at least not yet)….

 * It sounds like the headers aren’t being set on your server. You can submit a 
   bug submission form from the support tab of the plugin so I can see the compatibility
   test.
