 * I installed a plugin and received following warning and only partial load og 
   dashboard which is unuseable. “Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-
   user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, ‘original_source_init’
   was given in /home/planthez/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 395”
 * Pls advise, Tks Bob
