# Plugin was automatically deactivated

 * I found out that the plugin was automatically deactivated in our wordpress,
    
   how can I found out how that happened? or what could be a reason?

   not deactivate itself.

 * We don’t use another plugin, so not sure what happened.
    It did happen before
   about 1 to 2 months ago.

 * No, if the plugin is deactivated then none of its code can run. There might be
   something in your WooCommerce > Status > Logs page though indicating why it was
   deactivated or what deactivated it.
