# Plugin Website Inaccessible

 * While I have no issues with the plugin, I do believe the support will be a bit
   quiet. I see in the details that the author states he doesn’t receive notifications
   of new support requests and that if one needs support to visit his website. The
   problem is that his website doesn’t work. when I go to visit it I get the following
   error:
 * > Forbidden
   > You don’t have permission to access /403.shtml on this server.
   > Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an 
   > ErrorDocument to handle the request.
 * I done a WHOIS query on his domain. He’s using a WHOIS privacy guard service.
   Therefore, the only email address listed is a very long one that’s routed through
   the WHOIS privacy guard service.
