[Plugin: Widget Logic] Conditional is_home() not working

This is very bizarre – using widget logic successfully on a variety of pages on my site, but for some reason, the home conditional does not work. Widgets do not show up on the home page at all. Widgets will show up on the home page without the conditional, but that kind of defeats my purpose. Plugin conflicts do not seem to be the problem. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance
