[Plugin: Widget Logic] Doesn't work with permalinks

I’ve currently got a number of widgetlogic components set up to use is_page(array("Page Name", "Page Name2"...)). It works perfectly, but all such widgets disappear from their respective pages when I change the site permalink options.

Is there a workaround for this?
