 * Today the plugin will not disable.
 * When I try to disable wonder cache I get this page – There has been a critical
   error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
   I am getting no emails.
 * Also on the plugin page, I get this under drop-ins – **advanced-cache.php** **
   Advanced caching plugin. Inactive:** Requires `define('WP_CACHE', true);` in `
   wp-config.php` file. I do not know how to do this. Can you help?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fplugin-will-not-disable%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi [@skeeterseatery](https://wordpress.org/support/users/skeeterseatery/),

 * Make sure to also check your spam folder for any emails. While Wonder Cache typically
   doesn’t cause such issues, it’s difficult to determine the exact cause without
   reviewing the logs.
 * > Also on the plugin page, I get this under drop-ins – advanced-cache.php Advanced
   > caching plugin. Inactive: Requires define(‘WP_CACHE’, true); in wp-config.php
   > file.
 * If you have FTP access or access to a file manager on your hosting platform,
   you can modify the wp-config.php file to add or remove the WP_CACHE definition.
 * The WP_CACHE constant determines the caching behavior: when set to true, page
   caching is enabled, and when set to false, page caching is deactivated.
 * I hope this helps.
