# Plugin will not process feed

 * We have recently imported your plugin we have tried to create a product feed 
   on a small amount of products but all the feed is saying is “Processing the feed,
   please wait…”
 * We are running the latest version 4.9.8.
 * Please can you help us solve the situation.

 * Version 4.9.8 is not a version of ours. Our latest version is 1.10.1.
 * A few questions:
    1) Are you using the WordFence plugin? 2) If you look at the
   feed (usually in the wp-content/uploads/wppfm-feeds folder) does that feed only
   contain the header and no products, or does it also contain products? 3) Are 
   you using a free or a premium version?

 * Thanks for the quick response.
 * 1) Yes we are using the WordFence Plugin.
    2) I have deleted the fed so cannot
   say in this moment. 3) Currently using the free version

 * OK, WordFence can sometimes prevent the wp_remote_post from activating the feed
   process. Usually you can identify that by a feed that only has the header in 
   it.

 * It looks like a lot of steps, but usually it should start working again in the
   first steps.

 * Where you able to solve the issue using the steps from the FAQ? Or could you 
   update your plugin to version 1.11.1 and check if that solved the issue?
